A 500-square-foot one bedroom on the second floor of The Bryn, a high-rise on North Sheridan Road in Edgewater. The apartment has been renovated with a designer-inspired kitchen — quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher — plank flooring through the living space, and a porcelain-tiled bath. The windows take in lake and city views. The building has an elevator, a new fitness center and exercise room, shared laundry, and an outdoor patio. Assigned indoor parking is available for an additional fee and is not included in the rent. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a $200 fee per dog, $200 per cat, and $50 a month in pet rent. Rent is $1,958 a month with no broker fee, on a one-year lease, and the unit is available September 9. The building sits on Sheridan Road a short distance from the lakefront, with CTA service close by. Pictures may be of a similar unit in the building.
